Summary

NursePay is a set of pay-estimate calculators. Calculator entries stay on your device and are not sent to a NursePay server. The website uses Google AdSense, and the Android app uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner and app-open advertising. Google consent services manage consent choices where required.

Advertising data

NursePay does not create accounts or collect calculator entries. Google AdSense on the website and the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the Android app may automatically collect and share IP addresses, browser or app interactions, diagnostic information, cookies, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Google may use an IP address to estimate a device's general location.

Google's use of this information is governed by its own privacy policies. NursePay does not sell calculator entries or provide them to Google.

How calculations work

Pay rates, hours, stipends, and other values entered into a calculator are used locally in the app or browser to show an estimate. NursePay does not send those entries off your device.

Storage and deletion

NursePay does not intentionally save calculator entries to an account or a NursePay database. Values are used in memory while you use a calculator and are cleared when that app or browser session ends. Because NursePay does not retain your calculator data, there is no account data for us to delete or export.

Consent and privacy choices

The website uses Google's consent-management services where required. The Android app requests current consent information before requesting ads. When required, Google presents a consent form and controls whether advertising requests are permitted. The app provides an “Ad privacy choices” control so required privacy options can be revisited.

Permissions

NursePay does not request access to your camera, contacts, microphone, location, photos, or device files. The Android internet permission is used by the embedded app framework, Google consent services, and Google Mobile Ads. It is not used to transmit calculator entries.

Children

NursePay is designed for working nurses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's calculator entries or account information.

Changes to this policy

If NursePay's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect and its effective date will be revised.
